Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Flamond. We hope you are pleased with your order. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any purchase within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns
Please email [email protected] if you wish to return your order, providing your Order number, the list of returned items, and the reason for the return. Within 14 days, you will receive a Returns Authorization if your return is approved, along with further instructions on how and where to return the products.
Returns conditions:- All items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, damages, or alterations.
- Ensure to include all item boxes, pouches, notes, and everything else that came with your order if you wish to return it.
- If the product‘s original packaging is ripped, torn, unable to be reused, or missing, your item will not be eligible for a return.
- Returns can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
- Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by Flamond in case of returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or you can opt to receive store credit for the refunded amount, redeemable on future purchases.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
Exchanges
Please email [email protected] if you wish to exchange your order, providing your Order number, the list of returned items, and the reason for the exchange. Within 14 days, you will receive an Exchange Authorization if your exchange is approved, along with further instructions on how and where to return the products.
Exchanges conditions:- We can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, without signs of wear, damages, or alterations.
- Include all item boxes, pouches, notes, and everything else that came with your order if you wish to exchange it.
- Exchange is only possible for the same item in a different size. We cannot exchange items for a different color or a different item altogether.
- If the product's original packaging is ripped, torn, unable to be reused, or missing, your item will not be eligible for an exchange.
- Exchanges can only be accepted from the country to which the order was originally shipped.
- When exchanging items that arrived in separate parcels, carefully pack them into their original packaging and use the individual labels for each parcel.
- Your exchange will be processed within 14 days after your package is received by our warehouse. Once the exchange is completed on our end, we will send out your new product as soon as possible and email you the order confirmation.
